After puking my brains out and trying to recap the night before, I wake up and find a Pink's Hot Dog bag and an untouched hot dog next to my bed. I was so pissed I passed out before eating it. But I well made up for it this day by consuming so much garbage it's ridiculous.

We got up, had a hungover breakfast at our hotel checked out and headed to Vegas. Mind you the drive here isn't the most entertaining since there isn't much to look at on the road, but the McDonald's definitely kept me occupied and full till we checked into our hotel at the MGM.

Freshened up and headed out to the Cox Pavillion to watch the NBA Summer League games. Wore my city hooded sweater, where I cut up the sleeves, which was actually more fitting since it was 115 degrees outside. And if you don't know who Stephen Curry is, check him out. <3.

Checked out the Purple Lounge downstairs our hotel, and this place is super fun. The atmosphere and vibe at The Standard makes me want to stay at this place all over again.

We then went to Opera where my homegirl Karen celebrated her birthday bash here. The last time I came to LA I was here and this club just always hits the spot. Good music, good vibes, and good people always make a good time.

It was the perfect way to end our eventful Sunday in LA.

We checked out the Melrose Trading Post which is a fun flea market style shopping spot held every Sunday where you can get fun knick knacks and vintage finds. This place definitely attracts a hip crowd where a bunch of cute clothes and cool furniture from all sorts of vendors are found.

We then enjoyed the weather and had brunch outside at Clafoutis on Sunset Blvd. This restaurant is a great place to people watch since the atmosphere is cute and it was really busy on this sunny Sunday. I wasn't too big on the food but it was closeby our hotel and after shopping I was famished.

If you love to thrift shop go to Jet Rag. We were in heaven and spent most of our afternoon digging for treasures. On Sundays, everything outside is $1 and for $20 we got sooooo many good things. We literally were swimming going through the piles of clothes, I had such a satisfying feeling after scoring on such CUTE clothes. Inside the store is just as great and I really liked the selection. Definitely my top thrift spots out in Hollywood.

We were supposed to spend the whole weekend in Vegas but instead detoured to Los Angeles headed straight to Venice Beach. This cool area is neighbors to my favorite, Santa Monica but there's a lot of things that make Venice unique. Aside the beach being packed with families building sand castles, people playing frisbee, outdoor gyms, basketball games with DJ's and music, food stands, markets- there is so much going on especially on a hot Saturday afternoon that it made a perfect place to people watch.

We had lunch at Canali Cafe which is hands down the best place to get a tuna melt with sweet potato chips. Passed through Melrose for some sunglasses and got a neat pair from Dita that I adore. I was debating getting the bronze color but with my hair color I couldn't resist going for the gold.

Had dinner at Geisha House on Hollywood Blvd. and ordered my usual dragon roll which was excellent. This restaurant is a fun place to get drinks before to start off the night.

Went to My House which is the coolest club in LA right now. The hostesses uniforms are oh so cute- men's shirt with thigh high black boots. wow.

Then we checked out club Mood before we headed back to our hotel to say hello to my friend who was taking pictures and then got an in n out burger to end the night.

even though i was just here 4 months ago, there's absolutely nothing i don't love about this place.
