i'm just an ordinary girl that does extraordinary things.

this outfit describes how i feel most of the time- feminine, edgy, classy, comfy, natural and funky.

today: shower/lotion body/listen to music/get dressed/DMV/drivers license photo/registered to vote/post office/lunch with tomiko at thai bbq/took these photos as i looked for my keys/took maverick for a stroll/played in the park/gave mav a nice long bath/hung out with my family/gym/cookies & lightchocosoymilk/blog... and the night is only about to happen! :)

i really love this white watch from a pawn shop gifted to me for my birthday. it reminds me of the watch sandra bullock wore in the movie The Blindside. If you haven't seen it- GO. If you want a true definition of what love is like for me, this movie is it :)


i like the combo of pink and blue together and the other bracelet has a Bible verse thats says,
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."Philippians 4:13

back to basics

my only new years resolution:
LOTION MY BODY.

ever notice how fast people brush their teeth, lol? well that's just as fast as i lotion my body. and for someone who seems to notice everything, funny how i don't even pay attention to the little things for myself. ;) and sometimes we forget it's just the simple things in life we need. bc i have to admit after purchasing my first hair brush in years did feel nice :)

so after a week of getting my life together- teeth cleaned from the dentist, my eyes checked, a regular doctor visit, getting enough sleep, working out, eating right, and putting my health as number 1! and what do you know--- my voice is back in FULL EFFECT! loves. ;)
some things just never get old..
everyone needs reminders &
i'm very blessed to surround myself with positive energy because it's exactly what i need! :)

My brother gave me the jacket and dress as a birthday gift and normally I'm a picky kinda gal- (especially with clothes) but it was perfect. Sometimes we're so quick to exchange something we think we don't like, before it grows on us or even give it a try.

I felt like a mix between Where's Waldo and a schoolgirl which is very fitting for the fun mood I've been in lately. 2009, my New Years Resolution was to travel somewhere each month and this year 2010, I'm on my journey home. :)

These photo's were taken by my old childhood friend Mike Payad at Sellick Park in South San Francisco. And this is what I look like as fresh and radiant as I can be- no makeup, hair products, or a week in the gym- stripped and I still feel like I'm glowing! :)

call it what you want but i'm on a natural high on life and the feeling is unbelievable
