lush sheer kimono, hollister denim pants, emma & sam tank, urban outfitters wedges
the amount of rain these past few weeks has been excessive so it's finally nice to see the sun and wear clothes that resemble spring. i got this crop kimono top from one of my old favorite stores LIV boutique. The shop is originally from Santa Rosa but they opened a new location in the city on Fillmore and Union so that saves me the drive up north.. plus I kill 3 birds with 1 stone when I shop in the neighborhood between this, LF, and Urban.
I got an email that wanted advice on some date outfits and asked what I was wearing for Valentine's Day and this was pretty much it. Obviously these pictures are taken inside a tanning booth (never gone before and it was quite the experience) but it's no surprise I didn't photograph it that evening- wasn't completely comfortable asking my date to take solo photos of my dress. Anyway, it's simple but the back rocks and the sling backs are hot and even though i'm not a big fan of patent leather anything, the fact that it's nude meshed really well.
On another end.. I discovered I was on this one racy site as the girl of the week? Pretty interesting, since I'm not even sort of capable of making a sexy pose but I guess it's still semi-flattering
LF car mar bell bottoms, milau lace top, jessica simpson shoes, hm sunglasses, mango bag
I scored on so many cool things at LF's sale and was happy to finally find bell bottoms that I can actually hem and still see a flare! This picture doesn't do the lace top any justice since the back has a peek a boo slit that's super cute and the heart glasses are just plain fun! The weather can't make up it's mind and has been making it really difficult to figure out what to wear. So when I went barrel tasting, it wasn't warm enough to wear a dress but the pants were really comfortable- especially to move around inside the party bus that took us to and from each winery- and all in all I felt pretty groovy.
i've been on a hunt for fun bikini's to wear for my future trip to Miami. Super excited since I've never been before and hoping I might score on something cool there. i've got a lot of mileage on this suit i got in hawaii awhile back, so it might be time to retire it. on that note, i also parted with my navel piercing for about a year- probably the longest i've left that area ring free. i go in and out of being ok with it but overall this phase passes and the hole bugs me so much i figured summer is coming that it didn't hurt to give it another shot.
