We went snowboarding at Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe, a great area with tons of attractions and things to do. It was refreshing to go to this park since it's massive and plus I haven't been here in ages because we tend to board in North Lake Tahoe and this time we wanted to try something different. I prefer going on the weekdays whenever we come up here only because it's less crowded and we get more runs in a short amount of time. I almost forgot how much I love the snow and must return back soon- hopefully next week! Anyway, the snow wasn't too icy as I had expected and being able to go jacket free usually never happens but it was so warm and sunny it was pretty much perfect.

i had one of the most fun nights having dinner with these ladies at La Mar on Embarcaderro. i think this is one of the top dining experiences i've had yet- from the ambiance, the food, the drinks, the service, the company, and the non-stop laughter- everything was a hit. i give a big fat recommendation to eat here, especially if a peruvian cuisine is right up your alley because this is definitely the place to be.
my friends and i were reminiscing about stupid stuff we used to do, like this one time when we found a box of costumes and all this sequin clothing. and after a silly dinner with a ton of dom this is what happened. oh good times.

Sorry I've been absent. I lost the battery charger for my camera- an annoying habit that I've developed- and haven't been able to take any pictures other than ones from my phone. And recently I dropped that on the bathroom tile floor at Starbucks and the glass screen shattered and cracked the whole front part of the phone. So now I've finally convinced myself to get a case since I'm literally on my 6th iPhone! I'm surprised how well I handled that loss and maybe it's because I've had enough practice breaking them in the past. But on the upside, I got this Bob Ross shirt at the Goodwill for $3 and it brings me fond memories of watching him paint at the crack of dawn when I was a kid. Every time I feel stressed out, I can just watch an episode of The Joy of Painting and it's like putting water over fire. Although it would highly disturb me when he would "ruin" the image and place the darkest line dead center to create a tree. But somehow the picture would still come out nicely and the whole viewing process still had a soothing effect.
