the last time i was in vegas, i came to
XS on a monday night and thought it was packed.. but it was nothing like a saturday night. All I can say is good times.
The only restaurants at the
Encore open late night are
Wazuzu and the
Society Cafe and I was in the mood for a less healthy meal so we chose Society Cafe where I had the Kobe Beef Burger and Macaroni & Cheese bites- they were delish!

We had breakfast downstairs at the Solaro restaurant by the pool then got ready and headed out to the MGM where the Wet Republic pool party is held. I've always heard how this is THE party to go to on a Saturday and whoever told me that was absolutely right. This reminded me of a mini version of Rehab on Sundays.. Honestly, I think I enjoy the daytime events in Vegas more than the nightlife.

After dinner, we went back and got ready to celebrate our first night in sin city and Rachael's birthday!

so we tried to make it to ditch fridays at The Palms a pool party in Vegas, but by the time we got there they were closing up.. so we went up to Palm's Place and ate at Simon and layed out at their pool for a bit.. The food was excellent however this restaurant is one of those places you come to for the bread!
